Shipping Policy

1 Source Motorsports will notify you of the freight charges at the time of processing your order. This is only if an item requires freight type shipping. Please understand due to changing gas prices quotes may change form order to order day to day. 1 Source Motorsports pays insurance for the valued of each package shipped. If you receive a package that is damaged and believe the merchandise to be damaged as well DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. If you receive package and your merchandise is damaged we have already pad for the insurance so you can dispute it with the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

We at 1 Source Motorsports want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 30 days after you receive your shipment and you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund or an exchange. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned needs to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge. Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included. Items that are returned after 30 days are subject to 15% restocking charge. All fiberglass items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on electrical parts, video tapes, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise. If a we recieve a non returnable iteam we will recharge you for shipping to return the item to your location. Please contact us prior to sending the return item to get your return athurzation number.

If an item has a manufacturer's warranty as being free from defects we will exchange only. If the item has been used and you are requesting warranty work, this may take up to 30 days as warranty work is done by the manufacturer, NOT 1 Source Motorsports. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: The purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, specialized street rod equipment, and all parts and services sold by us are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used.
